A home invasion in Haverhill, MA, led to the September 7 arrest of three men who have been charged with a variety of crimes, including kidnapping, armed assault in a dwelling, armed burglary, assault and battery, and indecent assault and battery.
Abraham Depaula, 22, Angel Sanchez, 20, and Max “Alex” Menagerman, 21, who have been described by police as “very violent,” are being held without bail in connection with a possibly drug-related home invasion on August 25, involving a 19-year-old woman and her 18-year-old boyfriend. In the photos taken in the courtroom, suspects attempted to cover their faces.
Police searched the homes of the suspects and found handguns and a shotgun possibly used in other home invasions in the area. Forty-five members of a SWAT team raided the homes in full gear.
In response to questions about the suspects’ involvement in other home invasions, police spokesman Sgt. John Arahovites said, “We’re working with another agency. There was a very violent home invasion in New Hampshire … We’re going to go wherever the evidence takes us.”
